Welcome to the first edition of Bayview Generations, a quarterly publication presented by BayviewRetirement Community. Replacing the previous publication, the Bayview Quarterly, this new publication will provide a closer look at the history, personal stories, and joy we see every day at Bayview Retirement Community.
Recently, after being honored with the 2008 Community Service Award from Aging Services of Washington, we realized that even with our rich history and experience, many families and community members don’t know us as well as they could. Bayview Generations will show our community to you in ways that we have not in the past. The ability to talk about yesterday, invite you and your loved ones to visit us today, may in fact change your tomorrow.
As Director of Community Relations, I am delighted to share many wonderful things with you through the accounts and contributions of our residents, staff, and community members. Each quarter we will present opportunities to you to enjoy Bayview, learn about our family, and show how we support and are supported by you. From community events to volunteerism, Bayview is an integral part of the Queen Anne, Magnolia, Interbay, and Seattle landscape. As you will learn through this publication, many wonderful changes are on the way and we want you to have every opportunity to celebrate with us.
