Arthritis Foundation Aquatics: This is a warm water (91 degrees) pool class designed for people with Arthritis, but anyone can benefit from this aquatic program. You will learn gentle range of motion exercises and use the buoyancy of the water to help you improve your balance, and the resistance of the water to improve your strength.  
            
Enhance Fitness Standing: This class addresses all 4 areas of fitness; strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. It is a research based fitness class developed at the University of Washington. The class includes training with free weights, aerobics, stretching, and work on improving your balance. Most of the class is done standing.    

Easy Enhance Fitness Sitting: This class is intended as a beginning class. Most of the class is done seated and at a more relaxed pace. All 4 key areas of fitness are addressed: strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. Games and Creative components may also be integrated into the class.
   

Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi & Qigong: Tai Chi is a series of movements based on a Chinese martial art form. This is a safe and engaging program, which is easy to learn for people of almost any physical condition or age without prior knowledge of Tai Chi. This class will benefit your health in general and improve focus and balance. Qigong exercises facilitate relaxation, and improve breathing. People may sit or stand while performing these exercises.  

Mind & Muscle: The objective of this class is to improve concentration and memory skills, while having fun. Various games and exercises are done either individually, with partners or as a group. You’ll be challenged and stimulated to expand your current abilities. Voluntary “homework” is given each week and discussed the following week as a way to expand our capabilities.

Circuit Training: This is a strength training class using the Keiser equipment, as well as balance stations, and props such as gym balls and Thera-bands. You will spend a set amount of time on each piece of equipment in your program and then move to the next piece. In this class you work at your own level and progress at your own pace, while being part of a supportive group atmosphere.  
                                
Yoga & Meditation: Learn gentle yoga exercises while seated in a chair. The focus will be on breathing, and listening to your body. You will be able to go at your own pace and do what is comfortable for you while stretching your abilities and increasing your skill. The yoga class will be followed by guided meditation and relaxation exercises. You will learn how to reduce your tension and improve your ability to cope with stress.
   
Relaxation & Flexibility: This is a mat class, and most of the exercises are done lying or sitting on the floor. You will be taken through guided relaxation and stretching exercises. Some gentle yoga movements are used, as well as back exercises, and core strengthening. You will develop your stress management skills and your range of motion.  

Healthy Habits: This is a 12-week course that covers nutrition, physical activity, stress management and behavior change theory. It includes personal wellness coaching, a pedometer program, and mini-evaluations. The goal for this course is to empower you to make sustainable behavior changes you choose, which improve long-term disease risk profiles. This course gives you the skills, tools, and support you need to take control of your health.
